摘要
科学发展观是我国社会主义建设事业的指导思想,基于科学发展观构建和谐企业文化对于企业和社会的和谐发展都具有十分重要的意义。本文阐述了科学发展观的内涵和基于科学发展观构建和谐企业文化的现实意义,并提出了基于科学发展观构建和谐企业文化的基本思路。
Scientific Development View is the guiding ideology of building socialism.Constructing a harmonious corporate culture based on Scientific Development View is very important for the harmonious development of enterprises and society.This paper introduces the connotation of the Scientific Development Viewand the practical significance of constructing a harmonious corporate culture based on the Scientific Development View.In addition,this paper presents the basic approach to constructing a harmonious corporate culture based on the Scientific Development View.
