A Study on the Necessity and Tactics of Contemporary College Graduates’ Career Planning

本文立足于对济南高校毕业生择业观的调查,发现当代大学生的择业观是影响其择业质量和就业率的关键因素之一。如何通过职业生涯规划使大学毕业生转变择业观念,结合个体优势,树立大众化就业观,实现就业率与择业质量的双赢是摆在社会、个人与高校面前的重要任务。

According to the investigation of graduates’ employment conception in Jinan,we find that the occupation conception is one of the key factors which influences the employment quality and rate. It is nowan important task of the society,universities and individuals to use the career planning to change the occupation conception of the university graduates,make use of individual advantages,build up popular occupation conception and achieve high employment rate and quality.
