On the Training of Pre-school Bilingual Teachers in Vocational Colleges

教师在幼儿园双语教学中起着重要的作用,而目前合格的幼儿双语师资较为匮乏。针对高职院校学生的专业知识及英语水平的特点,笔者从培养目标及培养内容两个方面探讨了如何提高学前双语师资的水平这一问题。

Teachers play a crucial role in bilingual education in the kindergarten where qualified bilingual teachers are short now.According to the characteristics of the students’ professional knowledge and English level, this paper discusses howto enhance the quality of bilingual teachers in Pre-school Education, with the training objectives and content emphasized.
