Sidelights of Teaching Supervision Activities in Shandong Yingcai University

对教学过程实施有效监控,是促进教学工作不断改进、教育教学质量不断提高的重要手段,是教学质量监控的重要内容之一。本文就教学督导制度在高职院校教学质量监控中的作用、山东英才学院教学督导制度的形成与发展及目前督导员们的教学督导活动等做一简要介绍。

Effective monitoring and control of the teaching process is an important means to improve the teaching practice and quality and an important part of teaching quality control.In this article, a brief introduction has been made of the role of the teaching supervising system in Vocational Colleges, the formation and development of the teaching supervision system and the activities of the supervisors in Shandong Yingcai University.
