摘要
现代制造业在中国的崛起促进了现代数控加工技术的进步,而数控加工精度是现代数控加工技术的核心之一,也是整个加工制造业永恒的主题。本文重点论述了数控车床对刀的基本理论和常用方法,并结合教学实践,提出数控车床试切对刀操作中为提高数控加工精度应采取的一些措施和需注意的问题。
The rise of the modern manufacturing in China has promoted the modern CNC machining technology, the accuracy of which is one of the cores of modern CNC machining technology, and an eternal theme in manufacturing.This article focuses on the basic theory and some commonly used methods of the tool-setting of CNC lathes, and in the light of the teaching practice, it also proposes some measures and methods to improve the machining accuracy of CNC lathe tool-setting and finally points out some problems to be noticed.
