摘要
针对现阶段外墙外保温系统普遍存在的开裂、渗水、空鼓、剥落等现象,借助相关节能检测仪器对某既有住宅外墙外保温系统进行现场和实验室检测,并对其缺陷产生机理进行了深入分析,提出了3种修复方案和处理措施。
Against existing exterior insulation system for the current widespread cracking, water seepage, void, or spalling phenomena and with energy-saving instrumentation to carry out on- site and laboratory testing of the residential exterior insulation systems and analysis of the mechanism of their defects in depth, the author puts forward three kinds of restoration and treatment measures.
