高教视域中性别教育的现状分析及对策研究

Perspective Analysis and Countermeasures Research on the Gender Culture in Higher Educational Field

高等院校一直是性别社会化的重要场所,也是推进性别平等的助力器。针对高教视域中女性高技能专业人才短缺和女大学生就业回报低等问题进行深入分析,进而提出构建先进性别文化、均衡学科分布和增强女大学生主体意识等教育举措。

Institutions of higher learning have been an important place for gender socialization, and also a booster to promote gender equality. This paper mainly analyses and researches in depth on such problems as the shortage of female high-skilled professionals and low income return for female students to further propose some education initiatives, such as the building of advanced gender culture, balancing the subjects distribution, enhancing the subjective consciousness of female students and so on.
