The Subject Librarians’ Service:The New Direction of Library Services in the Private Universities and Colleges

目前,很多国办高校图书馆正在探索并实施学科馆员制度,这种制度是更人性化、更科学的新的服务模式。文章分析了民办高校图书馆的发展状况及传统服务模式弊端,提出在民办高校图书馆实施学科馆员服务模式的可行性和措施。探索通过图书馆服务模式的改变,达到提高民办高校图书馆的服务质量的目的。

At present, a lot of state-run university libraries are exploring and implementing the subject librarian system, this system is more humane and more scientific new service mode. This paper analyzes the development status of private university library and traditional service model of malpractice, and proposes the feasibility and the measure of subject librarian service in the libraries of private universities and colleges. Through the exploration on library service pattern change, the paper aims to improve the service quality of University Library.
