中国近代民办高校的一面旗帜——私立南开大学办学经验探析

Nankai University was founded by two famous and patriotic educators Zhang Boling and Yan Xiu. Since then, Nankai had achieved a great success and got eminent fames at home and abroad, erecting a great banner for non-governmental institute in modern Chinese education history. Zhang and Yan are two core leaders to explore the running experience of Nankai University, whose educational ideas had played significant roles during the process of Nankai’s foundation and development. In addition, Nankai spirit is also the important reason to unify alumnus and achieve a good reputation. As to the construction of teaching resource, under the multi-level personnel mechanism, Nankai University had made great achievements in its early age.
