基础教育均衡发展:幼儿园师资配备现状研究

我国城乡二元经济结构所带来的城乡幼儿园师资配备不均衡,严重影响了学前教育的发展与教育公平的实现。本研究选取一国家贫困市作为研究对象,从班级规模、师幼比、专业师资三个方面调查其幼儿园师资配备情况,分析所存在的问题。探讨师资配备不均衡的社会、政府、幼儿园方面的影响因素,并在此基础上,提出优化幼儿园师资配备的对策建议。
