摘要
我国城乡二元经济结构所带来的城乡幼儿园师资配备不均衡,严重影响了学前教育的发展与教育公平的实现。本研究选取一国家贫困市作为研究对象,从班级规模、师幼比、专业师资三个方面调查其幼儿园师资配备情况,分析所存在的问题。探讨师资配备不均衡的社会、政府、幼儿园方面的影响因素,并在此基础上,提出优化幼儿园师资配备的对策建议。
Educational equity has been constantly the focus of attention of our society, reflected in the basic education stage is to enable the balanced development of basic education, balanced allocation of teachers is an important part of the balanced development of basic education, and it is the core and important guarantee. However, at this stage because of China’s implementation of two elemental economic structure in urban and rural areas, so urban and rural kindergarten teachers with unbalanced become an important factor restricting the fairness of preschool education, hindered the unbalanced development of preschool education and education is not fair.
