摘要
本文基于对《管理学》课程性质与游戏性教学法理论的探讨,提出将游戏性教学法引入《管理学》课堂教学。通过对课堂实施游戏性教学结果分析,表明游戏性教学法有助于提高学生的信息统整力、实践思维能力、问题处理与分析能力。
The paper is based on the nature of "management" course and the discussion on the theories of game-play teaching method, proposed to introduce the game-play teaching method into the teaching of "management". Through the analysis results of implementing games in classroom teaching, it found the integration of game-play teaching method that helps improve students’ information integration ability, practical thinking skills as well as good analysis and problem-solving ability.
