基于异质性资源的中小企业开放式创新经营体系研究

Research on Open Innovation System of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Based on Heterogeneous Resource

本文论述了创新对我国中小企业发展的意义,运用异质性资源理论和开放式创新理论建立新型的企业经营体系,系统分析了企业创新体系的要素结构与功能结构。指出了企业创新体系各环节协同的重要性,并提出了促进中小企业创新体系协同优化的若干改善对策。以企业的异质性资源为基础,在开放式创新环境下,系统思考企业创新的相关要素,充分发挥创新体系的功能,提升我国中小企业的知识管理能力。

This paper introduces the significance of innovation on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. A new enterprise management system was established by applying heterogeneous resource theory and open innovation thought into such enterprises. Through analyzing the element structure and function structure of enterprise innovation system, this paper points out the importance of coordination among each sector of enterprise innovation system, and puts forward improving measures to promote small and medium-sized enterprise innovation system. On the basis of the heterogeneous resource and under the open innovation environment, by systematical study of related factors of enterprise innovation and giving full play to the innovation system, the management of small and medium-sized enterprises will be promoted.
