学校道德教育的迷失与重返

摘要 目前,学校道德教育的迷失主要表现为德育目标培育伦理学者,德育价值强调自我牺牲,德育内容偏重道德知识,德育方式重视强制灌输,德育主体树立教师权威,德育形象塑造英雄形象。要想实现道德教育本真意蕴,必须回归培养德性个人的德育目标,建立公平的道德价值取向,重返现实生活的德育内容,构筑引导体验的德育方式,建构全员共育的德育主体,重塑贴近大众的德育形象。 At present, the loss of the school moral education is because of the ethics scholars who are supposed to do moral education. The value of the moral education is on emphasizing "sacrifice" and the method is on the knowledge. In such scenario, the moral teaching has become compulsive. The focus of the moral education is misguided as the installation of the teachers’ authority, and the image of hero construction. In order to return to the essence of moral education, one has to fi rstly return to the forging of the individual moral objective, and establish the fair moral value orientation, return to the moral content in real life, construct the mode of moral education with direct experience, forge the all faculty moral education body and restructure the image of moral education which is acceptable to the public.
