具有交互性、快速传播的互联网,已成为网民发表言论的重要基地,网络舆情的爆发成为网络信息安全的重大隐患。国内外学术界对舆情问题展开了广泛、深入地研究,在舆情基本理论,突发事件舆情等方面取得了比较丰硕的成果,但目前我国舆情分析研究仍处于起步阶段,舆情分析的主要关键技术仍可作为切入点进行深入的研究和探讨。

The internet with the interactive and fast dissemination has become an important base for Internet users to make comments. The outbreak of Internet public opinion has become a major risk for network information security. Academic circles at home and abroad on public opinion had carried out extensive and in-depth study. In the basic theory of public opinion, emergency and other aspects of public opinion have achieved fruitful results, but the public opinion analysis research in China is still in the initial stage, the public opinion analysis of the key technology is still as a starting point for in-depth study and discussion.
