摘要
幼儿园教师是履行幼儿园教育教学工作职责的专业人员。《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》是国家对合格幼儿园教师专业素质的基本要求,是幼儿园教师实施保教行为的基本规范,是引领幼儿园教师专业发展的基本准则,是幼儿园教师培养、准入、培训、考核等工作的重要依据。文件颁布后,我国学术界对此进行了广泛讨论,解读内涵,提出贯彻落实的具体措施,并分析其对专门培养幼儿园教师师资的机构——高师院校的影响。该标准的颁布表现出许多亮点,但也存在不尽完善的地方,且面临着许多现实问题的挑战,因此,要真正把标准中的要求落到实处,任重道远。
Kindergarten teachers are the professional personnel who are to fulfill educational responsibilities in kindergarten. Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Standards are the basic requirements and the basic norms in implementing teaching behaviors for qualified kindergarten teachers. They are also important basis for the kindergarten teachers on training, access, assessment and so on. After promulgation, our academic professionals have widely discussed the standards, including reading their contents, putting forward specific measures and analyzing the influences on the specialized training institutions-higher normal colleges. Although the standards show many bright points, there are also imperfect facets, especially many challenges facing nowadays. Therefore, implementing the standards is a long and arduous task.
