摘要
民办高校教师教学质量评价是一项复杂而系统的工程,对提升民办高校教师教学质量有深远的影响。本文在阐述民办高校教师教学质量评价现存问题的基础上,试图寻找解决的途径与策略,以期对提升民办高校教师教学质量有借鉴意义。
Private College Teaching Quality Evaluation is a complex and systematic project. It has a profound effect on improvement of teaching quality. This paper describes the existing problems of the evaluation of teachers teaching quality of private college. And this paper tries to find ways and strategies to solve the existing problems in order to enhance the teaching quality of private college.
