摘要
台湾幼儿园辅导计划制定的目的是提升幼儿园的教学环境与品质,促进幼儿教师的专业成长,保障幼儿教育事业的稳步发展,具有整体性、针对性、多元化等特点。借鉴台湾地区学前教育发展的这一经验,我们应该加强学前教育发展的制度保障,为幼教机构提供多元化的服务,加强幼儿园与高校的密切合作,提高学前教育发展的质量。
Taiwan Kindergarten mentoring program is that counseling kindergarten by inviting experts and scholars, encouraging self Kindergarten curriculum, developing school-age suitability of extracurricular activities, to establish a diversified nursery culture [1]. The purpose is to enhance the development of the environment and the quality of teaching kindergarten, promote the kindergarten teachers’ professional growth, guarantee the steady development of early childhood education. It is integrity, relevance, diversity and so on. Learn from this experience of the development of preschool education in Taiwan, we should strengthen the system to protect the development of pre-school education, provide a wide range of services to preschool institutions, strengthen the close cooperation between universities and kindergartens, improve the quality of pre-school education development.
