大学文化,本质上是引领时代前进的灵魂工程。内化于心、外化于形,春风化雨、润物无声,表现为科学性、客观性、创新性、群众性、长期性。现代大学先进文化构建,应以价值取向为先导,以繁荣创新为动力,以文明创建为载体,以永续传承为标志。通过物质、精神、制度、行为各个层面文化要素相互强化,最大程度地实现政治效益、经济效益、社会效益、文化效益的统一,形成推动教育事业改革发展的文化建设格局,促进学校内涵提升与转型发展。

University culture, in essence, is the soul project of leading time. It is internalized in the heart and in the form of externalization like the spring rain which moisturizes everything on the earth noiselessly,and it is manifested as scientific nature, objectivity, innovation, public participation and long-term. Building advanced culture of modern university should take the value orientation as a guide, take prosperity and innovation as the driving force, take the civilization as the carrier, and take sustainable heritage as a symbol. Reinforce each other through the factors of material, spirit, system behavior and culturer at all levels to achieve the unity of political returns, economic benefits, social and cultural benefits to the greatest extent,and to form new cultural construction pattern which will promote reformation and development of education, which upgrades the school connotation and transformation.
