A Study of Translation Criticism from the Perspective of Functionalist Translation Theory

自其出现以来,德国功能学派的翻译理论为翻译实践和翻译批评提供的新视角使得研究者从关注译作与原作的对等转向关注译者在翻译操作中的能动介入。孕育于交际理念之中的功能主义理论以交际目的为指导原则,携其文本类型理论推翻了传统的以译文是否与原文"等值"为惟一评判标准的静态批评法,为翻译批评提供了一种新的动态模式。

The functionalist translation theories in Germany have provided a new perspective and urged researchers to turn their attention from equivalence between the source text and the target text to translators’ initiative in translation practice. Moreover, conceived in communicative theory, the functionalist translation theories, together with its text-type theory, have overturned the traditional static principle and established a new dynamic mode for translation criticism.
