摘要
以42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料制备密度约为200kg/m3的普硅发泡水泥(简称轻质普硅发泡水泥,下同),研究了促凝剂对胶凝材料凝结时间的影响以及稳泡剂和防水剂对轻质普硅发泡水泥性能的影响,最终确定了轻质普硅发泡水泥的最佳配合比。结果表明:促凝剂可显著缩短胶凝材料的凝结时间,稳泡剂(明胶)可明显提升发泡水泥的力学性能、保温隔热性能以及防水性能,防水剂(硬脂酸)可显著降低发泡水泥的吸水率;轻质普硅发泡水泥的最佳配合比为复合胶凝材料100g(42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥90g、42.5快硬硫铝酸盐水泥10g)、水灰比0.58、发泡剂6.0%、促凝剂1.25%、聚丙烯纤维0.4%、稳泡剂3.0%、防水剂2.0%,此时试样各项指标均达到JC/T 2200-2013《水泥基泡沫保温板》中要求。
With 42.5R ordinary Portland cement as main cementitious material, the ordinary portland cement-based foamed concrete with density about 200kg/m3(referred to as low-density foamed concrete, the same below) was prepared. The effects of coagulant on setting time of cementitious material and the effects of foam stabilizer and waterproof agent on properties of low-density foamed concrete were studied, and the optimum mixture ratios was determined. The results show that coagulant can significantly reduce the setting time of cementitious material, foam stabilizer can obviously improve the mechanical property, thermal insulation property and waterproof property of low-density foamed concrete, and waterproof agent can significantly reduce the water absorption of low-density foamed concrete. The optimum mixture ratios of low-density foamed concrete are as follows: 42.5R ordinary portland cement is 90 g, 42.5 rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement 10 g, water-cement ratio 0.58, chemical foaming agent 6.0%, coagulant 1.25%, polypropylene fiber 0.4%, foam stabilizer 3.0% and waterproof agent 2.0%. Under this condition, the main performance index of sample can satisfied with the requirements of JC/T 2200-2013 "foamed cement insulation panel".
