基于灰面积关联分析的建筑节能改造方案选择

摘要 为完善既有建筑节能项目评价及管理的决策支持,结合既有建筑节能项目特性,在财务评价基础上构建既有建筑节能项目经济性评价指标体系,建立基于灰面积关联决策的既有建筑节能项目评价模型。以济南市某既有住宅为实证样本,根据建筑成本、能耗数据及六项指标,分析节能项目方案间的差异,完成城市既有住宅节能改造成本与能效优化价值评价。通过算例验证了灰面积关联决策模型的合理性和算法的有效性,为既有建筑节能项目评价及管理提供新的决策模型。 To improve the existing building energy efficiency of the project evaluation and management decision support, combined with the existing building energy efficiency project features, on the basis of financial evaluation, both the construction energy conservation project economic evaluation indicator system based on grey area correlation decision-making evaluation model of existing building energy efficiency project. Taking residential area of Jinan as the sample, according to both the construction costs, energy consumption data, and six indicators, the differences between the energy saving project schemes are analyzed, and complete the city both residential energy conservation transformation cost and optimize the value evaluation of energy efficiency. Grey area correlation decision-making model is verified by numerical examples of rationality and validity of evaluation for existing building energy conservation project and management provides a new decision model.
