随着经济发展,特别是在采购的利润杠杆作用下2,企业开始越来越重视采购环节,需要采购以更低的成本、更敏锐的速度来响应内、外客户的需求,这就使企业对采购人员的综合能力的培养提出了新的要求。本论文结合人才培养目标,明确采购人员的实际需求和培养目标,以企业发展需求为导向,对《采购与供应管理》这一课程进行教学改革,特别在实践教学中突出以采购的实施步骤为依托,将采购的八步流程有机结合起来,以提高学生在采购过程中的综合技能为宗旨,培养出真正具有采购技巧的优秀人才。

with economic development, especially driven by the profit leverage, companies began to pay more and more attention to purchasing, they need to purchase at a lower cost and with more vision in order to respond to internal and external customer demands. This makes the enterprise have high requirements to the training of comprehensive ability of procurement staff. This article aimed at the talent training clarify the real need and training purpose of the procurement staff and guided by the demand of the enterprises starts to reform the teaching especially the complement steps in the procurement and combine the eight steps together in order to raise the comprehensive skills of the students in the procurement to produce the excellent talents with purchasing skills.
