转型期下山东省民办本科高校师资管理精细化研究 被引量:1

TFINE RESEARCH ON FACULTY MANAGEMENT OF SHANDONG PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES IN TRANSITION

摘要 新形势下我国民办本科高校的不断壮大发展创造了一个更加公平、公正的教育环境,但是由于民办本科高校起步较晚,在很多方面仍存在诸多问题,而师资队伍建设便是其中最重要的问题之一。本研究就转型期下山东省民办本科高校师资队伍管理存在的问题及产生的原因进行分析与探讨,提出了山东省民办本科高校师资管理精细化的新思路和新方法,以期促进山东省民办本科高校的可持续发展,为民办高等教育的实际应用提供现实依据。 During the transition period,the development of private universities creat a more fair and equitable educatio nal environment.But because the private colleges started late,there are still many problems in many aspects,severely restricted the healthy and orderly development,and construction of teachers is one of the most important problems.This research will do some analyses and discussion based on the current problems and the resulting reasons in the transformation period of private colleges teachers management in Shandong province.In addition,investigating A college’s teachers fine management as a case in order to put forward to refreshing thoughts and ways about fine management of teachers management in Shangdong private colleges then we expect foster the sustainable development of private colleges in Shandong province,whereby providing actual evidence for the practical application of private colleges.
