摘要
构建网络舆情对青少年的影响分析与引导预警体系是一个系统工程,需要从以下几个方面构建完成:获取大规模网络信息,并对所获取的信息进行噪音去除和存储;在此基础上对信息进行分类,识别出以青少年为主体的青少年舆情;并对此进行分析和研判,构建分级分类的监测体系和安全监管体系。
The construction of network public opinion on young people’s impact analysis and guidance early warning system is a systematic project,which needs to be completed from the following aspects:to obtain large-scale network information,and the information obtained by noise removal and storage;and to identify the juvenile as the main body of public opinion;and the analysis and judgments about events,and we can complete the establishment of hierarchical classification of the monitoring system and safety supervision system.This project can achieve early warning of young people on the network and put forward countermeasures.
