我国高校思想政治课中的公民教育述评

Civic Education Reviews in the Ideological and Political Courses of Our Universities

当前在世界范围内,公民教育已经成为现代国际社会普遍关注和实践的教育内容,各国陆续将公民教育作为一个必要的组成部分纳入到完整的国民教育体系中来。从中小学到大学的教育中都融入了公民教育的内容,有的国家还开设了专门的公民教育课程。大学阶段作为个体成长与发展的重要时期,大学生作为接受高等教育的'佼佼者',整体上拥有较高的政治、经济和文化素质,是政治社会化过程中不可忽视的强大力量。但是我国的思想政治课中体现的公民教育理念还是相对缺乏。

In present world, civic education has been pushed into the spotlight of international modern society and practices; many countries have accepted it as a necessary component in national education system. Civic education is exposed from the elementary school to the university. And some countries have even set a special civic education courses. During college education, an important period of every individual, college students, which have received higher education, were viewed as outstanding human resource in society with higher political, economical and cultural qualities and as a powerful human force in the process of political socialization. However, the concept of civic education embodied in our ideological and political courses is still relatively in short.
