山东省养老服务人才培养策略浅析

Analysis of Training Strategy for Aging Services Talents in Shandong Province

摘要 养老服务人才队伍是满足老年人需求,保障养老机构正常运转的关键。但山东省养老服务人才供需矛盾突出,养老服务人才培养、培训存在诸多困境。本文简要分析了山东省养老服务人才在培养规模、培养体系、培养定位、招生就业、在职培训等方面的现状,并探讨了养老服务人才培养、培训相对应的策略,以推进养老服务人才的职业化、专业化建设,满足我省老龄化人才需求。 Aging services talents can meet the demand of the elderly, and also a key to the normal operation of pension institution. In Shandong province, the contradiction in the supply and demand on the aging services talents is serious and aging services talents training has many difficulties? This paper briefly analyzes the present situation of the aging services institution. In Shandong province talents training and explores the strategy of the aging services talents training in order to build a stable, professional and high-quality elderly service team.
