济南高校大学生创业意愿调查分析

The Investigation of College Students’ Entrepreneurial Intention in Jinan

本文通过对济南大学生创业意愿的调查,可以看到大学生创业缺乏资金和社会资源,缺乏工作经验和相关知识技能,缺乏合适的项目;通过对大学生创业能力技能方面的调查,发现大学生缺乏人力资源管理、创业机会和环境分析、市场营销及管理和法律方面的知识。因此,济南周边地区高校应该立足于学生,加强创业的专业指导,从而使这部分大学生的创业想法和理念由感性逐步向理性过渡。同时,政府、社会和学校可以搭建良好的大学生创业平台,如通过开办创业俱乐部等方式,为大学生创业提供资金、项目、平台和创业知识的指导和支持。

In this article,We can see the fact that the students lack capital,social resources,work experience,relevant knowledge and skills and suitable projects through the investigation of college students’ entrepreneurial intention in Jinan.We can also find the truth that college students are short of human resources management, entrepreneurial opportunities and environmental analysis, marketing and management and law knowledge through the investigation of college students’ entrepreneurship skills. Accordingly, colleges and universities around Jinan should be based on students’ professional guidance and strengthen entrepreneurship so that this part of the students’ entrepreneurial ideas and concepts can convert from the perceptual to rational transition.Meanwhile,government, society and schools can build a good platform for college students to start one’s own business such as the open of entrepreneurship club in order to provide funds,projects, platform,and the guidance and support about entrepreneurial knowledge for college students.
