我国居民生活水平和医疗保健水平逐渐提高,老年人寿命不断延长,老年人数量急剧增加。老年人体弱多病,往返于医疗和养老机构,面临诸多困境,对养老服务和医疗卫生保健服务形成较大压力。在未富先老、未备先老的背景下,亟待盘存现有医养资源,探索构建适度普惠型'医养结合'养老服务体系,在机构、社区、家庭三个层面进行医养资源整合,以便更好的满足老年人的医养需求。

The elderly are weak and sick, and there are many difficulties for them to see the doctor. It’s great pressure for the old-age service and health care services. Under the background of old before rich, It’s necessary to count the existing medical resources and establish a moderate service system to combine medical resources with pension resources in three dimensions such as organization, community, family in order to better meet the demand of the elderly medical raise
