早期托育机构家长需求现状调研——基于56位0-3岁婴幼儿家长的访谈

A Study on Parents’ Needs of Early Childhood Education——Based on the interviews to 56 parents of infant and toddler

随着'全面二孩'政策的落地,人们对早期教育的需求愈发迫切。家长作为早期教育产品的'购买者',对早期托育机构的价值观有明显的导向作用。本文通过对不同背景的0-3岁婴幼儿家长入托需求的调查发现,家长在选择托育机构时主要考虑教育理念、设备与环境、师资队伍等方面的因素。并据此提出建议:早期托育机构应践行先进的教育理念,提高早期教育的适宜性;加强师资队伍建设,提高早期托育机构的教育质量;严格落实保育工作,保障婴幼儿健康成长。同时家长也要加强对早期教育的认识,树立科学的儿童观。

As the implementation of "two-child policy", people’s needs of early childhood education(ECE) is more and more urgent. As a product, values of the early nursery are significantly guided by parents. Through the investigation on the different backgrounds of infant and toddlers’ parents, the key elements to pick an ECE institution are education concept it holds, equipment, environment and teachers. Accordingly, the early ECE institutions should follow the advanced concept of early education, to improve the suitability of early education; strengthen the construction of teachers, improve the ECE quality, and strictly implement the conservation work to guarantee the healthy growth of children, parents should strengthen the understanding of ECE, and establish a scientific concept of children.
