摘要
教育部令第43号文件《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》的出台对高校辅导员队伍建设提出了更高的要求。本文结合山东英才学院辅导员队伍概况,总结该校在辅导员队伍建设方面取得的经验和成效,就新时期如何加强和改进民办高校辅导员队伍建设进行了思考并提出了建议。
The new policy issued in 2017 gave much more strict requirements to the counselor team construction of non-governmental institutions of higher learning. We analyzed the actual situation of the counselor team construction relying on the daily working data, and accumulated rich experience and got excellent achievements in Shandong Yingcai University, which was used to give valuable suggestions on the counselor team instruction for other nongovernmental institutions of higher learning.
