应用型本科院校深度校企融合人才培养创新探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Intensive School-enterprise Integration Talent Cultivation Innovation in Applied Undergraduate Colleges

加快推进高校转型,深度校企合作、产教融合的发展,是应用型本科院校培养应用型人才的重要途径,也是学校长期稳定发展的关键。本文在分析目前应用型本科院校进行校企合作现状的基础上,以山东英才学院为例,展示了学校在校企合作深度融合过程中,不断探索形成以'十共'为特征的校企战略合作方式、'七位一体'应用型ICT人才培养模式等方面的实践。通过校企产学合作、人才共育、过程共管、互惠共赢方式,不断提高应用型人才培养质量。

Accelerating the transformation of colleges and universities,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and enhancing the integration of industry and education is an important channel for applied undergraduate colleges to train applied talents,and it is also the key to the long-term stable development of the schools. Based on the analysis of the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in applied undergraduate colleges,this paper takes Shandong Yingcai University as an example to demonstrate the school’s deep integration of corporate partnership and continuously explores the formation of corporate partnership between school and enterprises characterized by the 'Ten Common Points' and the practice of strategic cooperation named the 'seven-in-one' applied ICT talent training model. Through the corporate partnership between industry and university,talent co-education,process co-management,and mutual benefit and win-win cooperation,the quality of applied talents is continuously improved.
