高等教育中外合作办学发展水平提升策略研究——以山东省为例

Research on the Promotion Strategy of Development Level of Sino-foreign Cooperativelyrun Schools in Higher Education——Take Shandong Province as an Example

山东省高等教育中外合作办学发展迅速,同时,由于中外合作办学自身发展规律和客观环境因素的影响,存在着规模与质量的矛盾和现实的质量监管问题不能完全满足高等教育的需求。通过山东省高等教育中外合作办学的发展现状分析,依据其发展困境,从政策引导、示范引领、辐射带动、完善质量评估标准、规范质量评估程序、应用信息服务平台等方面提出山东省高等教育中外合作办学发展水平提升策略。

Sino-foreign cooperation in running higher education in Shandong Province has developed rapidly.At the same time,due to the development law of Sino-foreign cooperative education and the influence of objective environmental factors,there are contradictions between scale and quality and the actual quality supervision problems can not fully meet the needs of higher education.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools higher education in Shandong Province and its development predicament,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the development level of Sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools in higher education in Shandong Province from the aspects of policy guidance,demonstration and guidance,improvement of quality evaluation standards,standardization of quality evaluation procedures and Application of information service platform.
