摘要
因生物质能源的广泛应用,生物质炉具的研究进入了一个繁荣时期,在国内也得到了快速的发展。但炉具在应用的过程中出现了炉排上燃料易结渣、高温变形、燃烧效率不稳定等问题。为此,提出一种炉排,孔径为8mm,该炉排能够保证稳定高效的热解,并且在燃烧斗中基本形成前面提到的理想燃料结构分布;而且在燃烧炉停止工作时,仍然保证稳定的停机,不会出现最后结渣现象。
Biomass energy has attracted worldwide attention for its zero emission of carbon dioxide in the process of energy utilization.The research on biomass stoves has entered a prosperous period and also developed rapidly in China.But the problems of grate ash slagging,high temperature deformation and unstable combustion efficiency appear in the process of stove application.Therefore,a new kind of 8 mm grate is proposed,which can ensure stable and efficient pyrolysis and substantially form the above mentioned ideal fuel structure distribution in the combustion bucket.In addition,when the combustion furnace stops working,it still ensures a stable shutdown,and no final slagging phenomenon occur.
