本文阐述了单面焊与双面焊、带垫板的单面焊的不同之处,进而指出焊工考试采用单面焊与实际焊接生产的脱节现象,提出焊工考试时,板状对接应考核双面焊。

With introduction of the difference among single side welding for both sides forming, both sides welding and single side welding with backup, the author pointed out that the adopting of single side welding in welder's MMA examination is a mismatch for the practic production mannet.It is necessary to examine the flat plate joint on both sides welding in welder's MMA examination.
