摘要
在普通钢焊丝表面热浸涂铝合金涂层后,通过CO_2气保焊、埋弧焊的试验研究,证明铝涂层焊丝具有表面不易锈蚀、高的熔敷率、改善导电性、提高合金元素过渡系数、减小气孔生成倾向等特点。在不同焊接方法中适当调整涂层与钢材成分、或配以相应的焊剂类型,可获得不同强度等级的焊缝性能。涂层中还可添加稀土合金和钛、硼等合金元素,以改善焊缝的冲击韧性。本文以冶金观点对“涂层”焊丝所具有的特点和性能的现状与发展进行分析和讨论。
Tests for CO_2 arc welding and submergedarc welding with common steel wire covered with aluminium alloy are studed. The functions with aluminium alloy covered wire are: The wire surface is not easyly rusted; the deposition efficiency is high; the conductivity and transition coefficient of alloying element are improved; the gas pore is reduced etc. In the different welding methods, the weld performance of different strength classes are achieved through properly adjusting the compositions of the coating and steel products, or mixing the appropriate welding flux types. The rate-earth, titanium and boracium etc alloy elements may be also added in the coating and the notch toughness of weld may be improved. The status and development of the features and performances provided by coating wires are analyzed and discussed from the point of view of metallurgy in this paper.
