摘要
本文简要叙述了涡流检测的原理和特点,介绍了几种传感器的设计思想及应用.其中,ETZ-1型涡流检测传感器克服了铁磁性材料探伤中应力和磁性不均匀因素的影响,为该类材料的无损探伤提供了更加方便的涡流检测方法,扩大了其适用范围.
Described are the principle and features in the eddy currertt testing (ET) shortly,and the design thought and detecting appliction of the sensors are introduced.In them,the ETZ-1 sensor eliminate the effect of the stress and magnetic nonhomogenity on the nondestructive testing (NDT) in ferromagnetic alloy,and supply the more convenieut ET way for the NDT in this kinds of material and enlarge its useful range.
