大型离心复合铸造球铁轧辊凝固过程数值模拟及控制

摘要 本文以研究大型离心复合铸造球铁轧辊生产新工艺为目标,开发了一个模拟大型铸铁轧辊凝固过程,同时考查复合层熔合程度的有限元程序.研制开发了 QH—Ⅰ型微机化红外测温监控系统,实现离心复合铸铁轧辊生产工艺过程的微机监控.在φ800×2800mm 离心复合球铁轧辊的实际应用中取得了满意的效果. FEM numerical analysis technology has been applied to simulate the solidification process of large heavy bimetallic S.G.iron rolls cast centrifugally.The solidification process of the bimetallic east roll,especially the high alloyed white iron outer layer as well as the S.G.iron core part of cast roll were carefully studied.In the mean time,a microcomputer aided infrared temperature detecting system (QH—I)has been developed to monitor the production process of the roll.A satisfactory result was obtained in the application to φ800 ×2800mm bimetallic roll casting practice.
