摘要
本文根据超塑合金应具备的冶金学条件,提出了 Al-5.6~6.6 Mg-1~1.4Zn-0.6Mn-0.5Zr-0.12Cr 多元铝合金.实验结果表明,该合金在超塑条件下,δ_(max)=860%.在退火状态下,σ=410MPa,δ=25%,有良好的焊接性和耐蚀性,是一种具有实用价值的铝合金.本文通过实验研究认为,急冷铸造一均匀化处理—温轧—再结晶工艺对实现该合金超塑性改变合金性能是一种简单易行的生产方法.
A new kind of multiple aluminium alloy(Al-5.6~6.6Mg-1~1.4 Zn-0.6Mn-0.5Zr-0.12Cr) has been developed based on the principle of metallurgy of the superplastic alloys.The experimental results show that σ_b=410MPa,σ=25% under the annealed state and δ_(max)=860% under the condition of superplasticity.This alloy is corrosion resis- tive and has well weldability that it can be adopted in practical application.Besides,the investigation has indicated that the techno- logy line of rapid-cooling cast-homogenizing treatment-midheat roll- ing-recrystalization is a simple and effective method for improving the performance of superplastic alloys.
