再生式密闭爆发器中液体发射药燃烧规律的实验研究

摘要 本文介绍了硝酸羟胺液体发射药在再生式密闭爆发器中的喷射燃烧实验.实验采用固体火药以不同的点火压力启动再生式活塞并点燃液体发射药,同时获得了燃烧室和贮液室内 p—t 曲线.研究结果表明,液体发射药在再生式密闭爆发器中10~15MPa点火压力条件下可靠点燃并稳定燃烧,压力梯度和动态活度曲线与固体火药密闭爆发器中的燃烧规律相似,预示了液体发射药应用于再生式液体火炮的可能性,对液体发射药燃烧性能的进一步研究有一定的参考作用. This paper introduces the experiment of hydroxylammonium nitrate (HAN) based liquid gun propellant in the regenerative closed vessel. In the experiment,solid propellant was used for starting regenerative piston and igniting liquid gun propellant.The pressure-time curves in combustion chamber and liquid vessel are sychronously acquired. The resultes about research show that liquid gun propellant can be reliably ignited and stably burned in the regenerative closed vessel under an ignition pressure of 10~15MPa.The curves of pressure quick- ness and vavacity are similiar to those of solid propellant burning regularly in the closed vessel.All of these indicate that it is possible to apply liquid gun propellant to regenerative liquid gun and it will have certain reference value to further research of combustibility about liquid gun propellant.
