“一带一路”背景下湖南高校外语人才培养战略规划研究

Strategic Planning of Foreign Language Talents Training in Hunan Universities Under the Background of “One Belt and One Road” Initiative

基于湖南省积极参与'一带一路'倡议建设对外语人才新要求的分析,根据湖南省政府针对沿线国家对外开放的战略举措,结合外语教育战略规划的有关理论,文章建议分别从关键语种的尽早确定、差异化地布局高校外语人才培养点、谋划一条龙的多语种外语人才培养孵化基地,及统筹高校外语人才培养新模式方面进行战略规划,以主动把握'一带一路'倡议发展带来的契机,快速培养湖南高校多语种外语人才。

Based on the analysis of Hunan’s active participation in the strategy of'One Belt and One Road'and the new requirements for foreign language talents,as well as its strategic measures taken by Hunan provincial government for promoting its international trade with the countries along'One Belt and One Road',combining with the relevant theories of the strategic planning of foreign language education,the following suggestions has been put forward by this paper.The first suggestion is that the key languages should be determined as early as possible.And the second one is the training of foreign language talents in different universities in Hunan Province should be differentiated.The last one is to try to build a multilingual foreign language talents training mechanism,in order to actively grasp the opportunities brought by the strategic development of'One Belt and One Road',and in order to speed up the cultivation of multilingual foreign language talents in universities in Hunan Province.
