“一带一路”背景下理工类院校ESP课程设置现状研究——以兰州交通大学为例

Research on the Current Situation of ESP Curriculum Setting in Science and Engineering Colleges Under the Background of “One Belt and One Road” Initiative——Taking Lanzhou Jiaotong University as an Example

摘要 本文以地处'一带一路'建设要塞的兰州交通大学为例,重点阐述《大学英语教学指南》中ESP课程设置的内涵、理据、特点、内容和设置模式等,并以兰州交通大学为例,通过探讨理工类教学研究型大学英语专业课程设置现状,提出校本ESP课程设置的改革方案,帮助相关英语教师更好地理解专门用途英语课程设置,为其他理工类院校进行大学英语课程设置改革提供相关参考和借鉴。 This paper takes Lanzhou Jiaotong University,which is located in the'One Belt and One Road'construction fortress,as an example.It focuses on the connotation,rationale,characteristics,content and setting mode of the ESP curriculum in the College English Teaching Guide.Through the discussion of the current situation of English curriculum in the science and engineering teaching research college,the reform plan of school-based ESP curriculum is proposed to help relevant English teachers better understand the English-language curriculum for special purposes,and to set up college English courses for other science and engineering colleges by providing relevant reference.
