职前英语教师在教育实习中的情感与认同研究 被引量:2

A Study on EFL Student Teachers’ Emotions and Identities in Teaching Practicum

摘要 教育实习是职前英语教师专业发展的重要阶段,是其将大学期间所学习的语言教学理论运用到实践的第一次尝试。教育实习中不仅要强调教师语言教学能力的发展,还应该注重其情感能力以及职业认同感的培养。本研究发现,职前英语教师在教育实习中的情感体验具有复杂性和流动性的特点,其身份认同处于两难境地。情感对身份认同具有一定的影响,一方面,情感是身份认同的内驱力;另一方面,情感调节有利于促进其身份认同的构建。 For EFL(English as a foreign language)student teachers,teaching practicum is an important stage of their professional development,during which the language teaching theories are put into practice for the first time.In the teaching practicum,not only student teachers’language teaching ability but also their emotion competence and professional identity should be developed.This research finds EFL student teachers’emotion experience complex and fluid,and it shows that their professional identities are in a dilemma.The research also shows that EFL student teachers’emotions have an effect on their identities.Emotion is the incentive of professional identity,and emotion regulation contributes a lot to the constitution of professional identity.
