胃久灵抗溃疡、抗胃炎作用及毒性的初步研究

EFFECTS OF WEI JIU LING ON EXPERIMENTAL GASTRIC ULCERS,GASTRITIS MODELS IN RATS AND THE TOXICOLOGY OF THE DRUG

以中药验方胃久灵对大白鼠的两种急性溃疡模型、一种慢性溃疡模型及两种胃炎模型用药治疗,证明胃久灵确有抗溃疡抗胃炎作用.其中对慢性溃疡的治疗作用较为突出.经急、慢性毒性实验,未见对重要脏器有任何毒性损害.

The effects of Wci jiu Ling on experimental gastric ulcers and gastritis models in rats and toxicity of the drug were observed.Wci Jiu Ling 110mg/kg/d(low dose)and 330 mg/kg/d(high does),P.O.for 6 days or 10 days,has significantly prevented stress induced ulceration,pylorus-ligation ulcer and acetic induced chronic ulcer.It was found that the drug could inhibit pepsin activity and decrease the levels of free acid in the gastric juice and markedly prevent gastric mucosal damage in gastritis models induced by salicylic acid and acetic acid.The toxicological study showed that Wei Jiu Ling in a dose of LD50 16.39g/kg (14.21-18.90g/kg)for 8 weeds brought no damage to the experimental animals.
