摘要
对11只家兔 iv0.24~62.50μg/kg 的去甲肾上腺素(NE),观察其升压作用的量-效关系,发现随剂量增加,NE 最大升压幅度增大,持续时间延长.其初始升压作用的量-效关系表现为随剂量增加,作用潜伏期缩短,达峰时间延长,平均升压速率加快.表明 NE 升压作用不仅有量反应量-效关系(升压幅度),还存在着明显的时反应量-效关系(持续时间,潜伏期,平均升压速率).
In 11 male rabbits,the graded and timed doseresponse relationships(GDRR and TDRR)of norepinephrine(NE)(given iv)in raising arterial blood pressure were studied.It was found that the higher dosage of NE was injected,the larger amplitude and longer duration of blood pressure-raising effect were observed.When dosage was increased from 0.24/μg/kg to 62.50μg/kg,the average amplitude and duration were changed from 0.86kPa to 8.86kPa and 19.77s to 161.30s rcspectively.Moreover,from the initial phase of NE effect,it was showed that the latency time,the top-reaching time(TRT)and the average rising rate(ARR)were all significantly dose-dependent,that is,the higher the dosage is,the shorter latency,the longer TRT and the faster ARR will be observed.The results indicate that not only the GDRR (amplitude of response)but also the TDRR(duration,latency and ARR)exists in effect of NE on blood pressure.
