辽河油田聚合物泥浆体系的优选

Optimization of Polymer Mud System in Liaohe Oilfield

摘要 介绍了辽河油田优选聚合物泥浆体系的方法,研究了固相粒度分布对卡森极限剪切粘度(ηr)的影响,提出了改善聚合物泥浆滤饼质量的措施,优选出两套适合于该地区的聚合物泥浆,通过应用该项成果、钻井速度明显提高。经济效益显著。 The optimization of polymer mud in Liaohe Oilfield is presented. The influence of solid particle size distribution on Casson high shear viscosity was studied. Methods of improving filter cake quality of polymer mud is proposed. Two mud systems for the said area is also given. It was shown that drilling rate was increased and economic benifit was acquired by using this technology.
