摘要
本文报告采用针拨术治疗伴严重全身病的老年性白内障81例(89眼).对术式作了改进,实用价值和并发症作了讨论.本手术方法简便,省时,疗程短,痛苦小,适用于不能耐受常规手术方法的老年体弱病人.
We have treated 81 cases (89 eyes) of senile cataract associated with serious systemic diseases by a modified couching.We have evaluated the practical use of this approach and discussed its complications.Since it is easy,simple,time-saving and therefore shortens the course of treatment and causes only a slight suffering,this approach will be fit for the aged and the weak who can't bear convertional procedures.
