本文研究静态、铝热—自蔓延高温合成方法形成钢管内表面陶瓷涂层的工艺,确定了影响涂层质量的工艺因素,并分析了陶瓷涂层的组织和硬度分布。

Abstract This paper investigated the technology to produce ceramic coating in inner surface of steel pipe by state thermit SHS method. The technological factor to influence the coating quality had been determined. The microstructure and hardness distribution of coating was also determined.
