摘要
运用激光表面强化的理论和技术,对70Mn2Mo铸钢热轧辊进行固态相变硬化处理后得到细化的马氏体组织,硬度由原始组织的200—300HV提高到920HV(约相当于HRC65),硬化层深度达0.6mm,经高温回火后,硬度及淬硬层仍分别保持在430HV和0.4mm以上,表明具有良好的抗回火性能。与水淬处理比较,激光相变硬化的硬度及抗回火性能均优于水淬处理,显示出良好的应用前景。
Abstract Fine martensite structure is gained in 70Mn2Mo cast roll after solidification by laser treatment. The hardness and depth of harder zone were reached at 920HV (about HRC 65)and 0. 6 mm which were maintained above 430HV and 0. 4mm, respectively These result show the better anti-tempering, property and the higher hardness and harden depth compared laser strengthening with water-quenching , and imply the greater applied potentiality of laser strengthening.
