本文对飞机涡轮叶片的工作情况和失效分析进行了综述，阐述了目前国内外在修复飞机叶片上的进展，并提出了用激光表面改性来解决叶片磨损的可行性。

This article sums up work condition of the blades of the turbine and the analysis of losing efficacy,and makes an exposition of the development of repairing the blades of plane at home and abroad, and then puts forward the feasibility of using laser surface modification to decrease the wear of the blades.
