小儿窦房结电图的描记与窦房传导时间的测量

摘要 本文描记30例(男13例,女17例,年龄8~14岁)窦房结功能(SNF)正常小儿的窦房结电图(SNE),以探讨SNE在小儿科的应用价值及其特点。结果:27例成功,3例失败,成功率90%。直接测定窦房传导时间(SACTd)为52±20ms,与成人组(21例)比较,小儿组显著为短(P<0.01)。其正常上限为90ms。表明不能用成人正常值标准来评定小儿SNF;描记SNE测定SACTd是评价小儿SNF的一项有价值的客观指标。 The Sinus node electrogran(SNE),on which direct sinoat-rial conduction time(SACTd)could be measured,was recorded in 30 children without sick sinus syndrom(SSS)(aged 3 14 year,13 boys and 17 girls).27 of 30 were successful(90%).The SACTd from SNE was 52±20 ms which was significantly shorter than those in adults with-out SSS (21 cases).The upper limit of SACTd was 90 ms in this group of children.It is concluded that the measurement of SACTd is a valuable method for evaluation of sinus node function in children,
